Porch
A large welcoming sheltered stone porch with lots of room for walking boots, beach shoes, etc. There is also an extra supply of dry logs for the fire. We have installed under-floor heating here too so that if you have been wave hopping in your trainers they should be dry by morning!

Hall
The hall has the burglar-alarm control by the main entrance door. The first door leads to a huge, stunning and flexible open-plan dining, kitchen and family area including the garden room. This ‘T’ shaped area ensures that, although it is open plan, each area has a character of its own and offers you the choice of being separately together! Other doors lead to the sitting room, guest bedroom-5, the cloakroom and the cloaks cupboard.

Cloakroom
Wall hung toilet and wonderful round V&B "loop" basin with wall mounted taps and towel radiator are here - a roman blind completes the fittings. Three hand towels are available in addition to those provided in your rooms and the kitchen.

Understairs cupboard
Here there is plenty of room to hang your coats and shoes. The main controls for the fire alarm and the electrical trip units are also located here. You will also find spare brollys and an anorak for any outside emergency.
